Second batch of Nigerians in Ukraine arrives Abuja from Poland

The Second batch of Nigerians from Ukraine arrive Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport Abuja Friday evening, at about 6:30 p.m. local time from Warsaw, Poland.

Earlier in the morning, the first batch of the evacuees had arrived Abuja, Friday morning, from Romania, after fleeing from the war zones in Ukraine.

The returnees flew into the country aboard Mar Air, being one of the airlines billed by the Federal Government to airlift Nigerians returning from Ukraine.

Authorities said 415 evacuees arrived at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport Abuja, from where they will depart to their various homes.
