Nigeria’s President Bola Tinubu has felicitated the Presiding Bishop of Living Faith Church Worldwide (Winners Chapel International), Dr. David Oyedepo, on his birthday, as he clocked 69 years of age on Wednesday, September 27, 2023.<\/p>\n

In a statement signed by his media aide, Ajuri Ngelale, President Tinubu commended the exemplary wisdom and visionary leadership demonstrated by Bishop Oyedepo, which he said continue to resonate within and beyond Nigeria, impacting greatly on the economy in the areas of education, healthcare, infrastructure, banking, publishing and transportation.<\/p>\n

The President also acknowledged the strides of Bishop Oyedepo in pursuing personal, intellectual and spiritual development for humanity, while encouraging many to grow through the practical teaching of the word of faith with remarkable results in the expansion of the ministry.<\/p>\n

He said the lifestyle of the Bishop reflected in his teachings on love, peace, prosperity, faith and wisdom, remains exemplary even as his dedication to building lasting institutions and a God-fearing generation speaks of his unequivocal commitment to God.<\/p>\n

The President, thereby, prayed that the Almighty God will continue to fortify and multiply His grace on Bishop Oyedepo and his family,<\/p>\n

Also, Governor Dapo Abiodun of Ogun State expressed heartfelt admiration for Bishop Oyedepo as a remarkable man of God and an educational luminary deserving of emulation.<\/p>\n

\u201cYour teachings have transformed the lives of many and have shaped the destiny of our nation,\u201d Governor Abiodun stated, as he described Bishop Oyedepo in his spiritual role as a paragon of excellence and a profound source of inspiration.<\/p>\n

He remarked that the Bishop\u2019s significant contributions to the education sector, producing many professionals across various disciplines, including science, banking, law, and administration, are commendable, ranking high among African universities.<\/p>\n
