Singer August Alsina has claimed he had a love affair with actress Jada Pinkett Smith<\/a> claiming that her husband Will Smith<\/a> gave his blessing for the relationship.<\/p>\n

However, a spokesperson for Jada denied the claims to Page Six<\/a>, calling them “absolutely not true.”<\/p>\n

Alsina<\/a> addressed the long-standing rumours he was romantically linked with Pinkett Smith during an interview with The Breakfast Club<\/em><\/a>\u00a0host\u00a0Angela Yee<\/a>.<\/p>\n

He claimed the\u00a0I Am Legend<\/em> actor approved the relationship \u201ddue to the transformation from their marriage to life partnership\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cI sat down with Will [Smith] and had a conversation,\u201d Alsina said, adding: \u201cHe gave me his blessing.\u201d<\/p>\n

The singer is said to have met Pinkett Smith after being introduced by her son Jaden Smith in 2015.<\/p>\n
