A lightening strike has killed a family of three in Benue State in Nigeria’s north central.
The incident as gathered by The Daily Leaks, occurred near Tarau Gwer local government area of the state at the weekend.

The sad development was said to have happened after the heavy rainfall on Saturday.
As gathered, the family had slept in the night when the lightening strike hit their house, killing the father mother and their five-year-old son.
The tragic occurrence which was said to be first of its kind, has thrown the entire community into a mournful state.
