It was a day filled with joy, hope, and celebration. The usually quiet Ajayi Apata New Town in Sangotedo, Lagos, came alive with laughter, music, and heartfelt stories as PWAN Stars handed over The Edifice Apartments, a premium 12-unit residential development, to its new homeowners on Friday, December 13, 2024.

A vision realised through grit and determination

Smiles The journey of The Edifice Apartments was anything but smooth, as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Bamidele Adewole shared in an emotional address. “When we began, we faced so many challenges, from securing the land to finding funds. Banks turned us down, but we refused to give up,” he recounted.

Their breakthrough came when they took a bold step: building a fully furnished showroom even when funds were tight. “It was a risk, but we believed in our vision. We needed people to see the future we were creating, and that decision changed everything,” he said with pride.
