• Says ‘God is still in the business of announcing any man that comes to Him’
• Assures of Messiah’s love at Charis Family Christmas Carol 2024
As the New Year 2025 approaches, Pastor Moji Jaiyebo , a devoted gospel preacher, has delivered a profound message in the spirit of Christmas, a season that signifies hope, joy, and the eternal gift of salvation through the Messiah, affirming the transformative power of Christ’s presence in navigating life’s challenges.
Addressing both believers and unbelievers, Pastor Jaiyebo emphasised that regardless of life’s trials, inviting Jesus Christ into one’s life provides unparalleled peace and lasting joy. She called on all to embrace the Messiah as the anchor of their lives, assuring them of divine guidance and fulfilment.
Pastor Jaiyebo, the head pastor of Charis Family International Church, The Pavilion of Grace, at 45a Awolowo Avenue, Bodija, Ibadan, delivered an uplifting ministration during the 2024 Christmas Carol Service at the church’s headquarters on Cultural Centre Road, Mokola, Ibadan.
In her message, Pastor Jaiyebo reflected on the unique significance of December, describing it as a month with an unmistakable aura.
“There is an aura in December, which is a kind of air that blows,” she said. While institutions and governments often focus on the economic aspects of the season, she explained that humanity’s deeper purpose is to “recreate the first Noel.”
Emphasising the extraordinary nature of Jesus Christ’s birth, Pastor Jaiyebo stated, “The birth of Jesus was not in secret. The story of His birth was announced by an angel with pomp and pageantry.”
She noted that even after centuries, people continue to celebrate and reflect on this defining moment in history.

Pastor Jaiyebo further explained that just as God announced the birth of Jesus, He remains committed to proclaiming those who come to Him. “God is still in the business of announcing any man that comes to Him,” she affirmed.
Supporting her message, she highlighted scientific proof of divine design at conception, saying, “At the point, that man’s semen meets the egg of a woman, light shows.”
Quoting Luke 15:7 and referencing Psalm 150, Pastor Jaiyebo emphasised God’s joy over the repentance of sinners. She declared, “Heaven rejoices at the conversion of a new sinner. God is still leaving 99 sheep to look for one.”
Turning to the heart of the Christmas message, she reminded the congregation of its eternal significance: “Because of Christmas Day, man will live forever more.”
Pastor Jaiyebo urged unbelievers to see the season as a time for decision-making and believers to ask themselves, “Am I still in faith?”
Addressing those seeking fulfilment in material things, she proclaimed, “There are those who keep looking for missing puzzles by drinking, seeking multiple partners, or being voracious. No, it is only by Jesus.”
Pastor Jaiyebo also reflected on the challenges facing the nation, warning of the explosive nature of anger and hunger combined. “When both meet, it is an explosion,” she cautioned while reassuring the congregation that inviting Jesus into their lives can bring about transformation.

Concluding her powerful and impactful ministration, she declared, “With Jesus in the boat of your life, you will smile. Whichever life turns to you, you will just smile.”
The congregation was led into a declaration of abundance for 2025, drawn from Zechariah 8:12: “For the seed shall be prosperous; the vine shall give her fruit, and the ground shall give her increase, and the heavens shall give their dew; and I will cause the remnant of this people to possess all these things.”
