The acting chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Abiola Ajimobi, has inaugurated the Edo State governorship election and appeal panels.
The seven-man governorship primary election panel is to be headed by Imo State Governor Hope Uzordinma and Senator Ajibola Bashiru as Secretary.

Also, the five-man election appeal panel is to be headed by Dr Yusuf Nawai and Dr Kayode Ajulo as Secretary.
Ajimobi, represented by the APC national vice chairman, South South, Hon. Hillard Etagbo Eta, inaugurating the panels, directed them to ensure the success of the emergency of the party standard bearer for Edo State governorship election.
