Every believer has been charged to confidently access the abundance God has provided and not dwell on inadequacies or be satisfied with a little that limits them but to rightfully take what has been freely given to them by God.

This admonition was given by Pastor Moji Jaiyebo, the minister in charge of Charis Family International Church, Awolowo Avenue, Bodija, Ibadan, while ministering at Charis “Biazo 2022 … taking it by force,” an annual programme held at the ministry’s headquarters church auditorium along the Cultural Centre road, Mokola, Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.

Opening the ministration at the four-day programme which began on Thursday to Sunday, October 6 to 9, 2022, with the scriptural text taken from Obadiah 1:17, which states: “But upon mount Zion shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness, and the house of Jacob shall possess their possessions,” the cleric said the provisions are though yours, but “before you can take something, you must know that you have it.”

According to her, “God has in His mercy done graciously well to us. When you say you don’t have, it is your sentiments. Everything you want has already been made available, they are yours.”

While also referring to the scriptures in 1 Corinthians 3:21, which states: “So don’t be proud of your allegiance to any human leader. For actually, you already have everything!” She said no man should glory in men for whatever they achieve for they are all given by God.

She said: “Is it promotion, increase, children and more that you want, they have already been made available. With long life, God says He will satisfy us. The question is, are you satisfied? There must be a mental shift. You must know what you have to lay hold on it.”

“What you need to become something in life was released unto you the day you accepted Jesus as your Lord and Saviour.

“Those who know their God shall be strong and do exploit. You are not only a conqueror but more than a conqueror,” Pastor Jaiyebo said.

Explaining the meaning of Biazo, the minister said, “Biazo is a Greek word that means force,” as according to her, “force talks about strength or energy that comes upon a situation, and when it hits the situation, there must be a change. It can be sudden or gradual. It is a kind of force that goes to a place of no return.”

Substantiating her explanation through a scriptural reference in John 5:25, which states: “Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live,” Pastor Jaiyebo said, “the time is now,” for every believer to take what has been freely given to them as Jesus told His followers.

She charged the congregants that “there is bound to be a change with the force that comes with the voice of God like Jesus called forth Lazarus from the grave after four days, it was a sudden force and response.”

Pastor Moji Jaiyebo, an energetic preacher, who exudes great confidence as she delivered her message, said, “when a force meets another force, the greater force has to give way.” That greater force, she said is derivable in Jesus Christ.

While admonishing everyone in need to be self-assured by faith in God that “I am not going to give up until I see what God has recognised for me,” she said the staying power of the Lord when it comes upon a man will meet all needs.
