Nigerian lawmakers in the House of Representative have summoned the country’s Inspector General of Police, IGP Mohammed Adamu, over the #EndSARS protests.
He is to appear before an ad hoc committee set up by the House leadership on the ongoing nationwide protests against the disbanded Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) of the Nigeria Police Force.

After the IGP appears before the special panel on October 22, 2020, members of the House panel will also conduct town hall meetings across the country to hear from Nigerians on the matter.
