Former Vice President Yemi Osinbajo is set to deliver the President’s Dinner Talk at the 66th Annual General Conference of the Nigerian Bar Association, NBA, scheduled to take place in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
The NBA announced Osinbajo as the Dinner Speaker in a statement issued by the Chairman of the 2026 AGC Planning Committee, Abdul Muhammed Rafindadi, SAN.
According to the association, the President’s Dinner is one of the flagship events of the annual conference and is expected to bring together members of the Bench and Bar, senior public officials, business executives and other distinguished guests.
Osinbajo, a Professor of Law and Senior Advocate of Nigeria, is also scheduled to participate as a speaker at one of the conference’s plenary sessions.

The NBA said he would use the plenary session to share his perspectives on leadership, governance, the legal profession and Nigeria’s future.
The association described Osinbajo as one of Nigeria’s respected legal scholars and public intellectuals, saying his participation reflected the calibre of speakers assembled for the 2026 conference.
The 66th NBA Annual General Conference is themed “Beyond Limits” and is scheduled for 21 to 28 August 2026 at the Yakubu Gowon Stadium in Port Harcourt.
The conference is expected to attract thousands of lawyers, judges, policymakers, business leaders and other professionals from Nigeria and beyond.
The NBA’s official conference programme subsequently listed the President’s Dinner for Tuesday, 25 August 2026, in Port Harcourt, confirming it as a major component of the weeklong conference programme.
The announcement places Osinbajo among the prominent legal and public policy figures expected to contribute to discussions at the conference, with his participation spanning both the formal plenary programme and the President’s Dinner.
