Niger State Governor Sani Bello together with Senator Iyiola Omisore, have visited Governor Mohammed Badaru Abubakar of Jigawa State, to commiserate with him over the death of his elder brother.
The duo of Governor Bello and Senator Omisore, a former deputy governor in Osun State, embarked on the condolence visit to Jigawa State on Friday.
Governor Abubakar, had recently lost his elder brother Ahmad Abubakar, aged 62, after a brief illness.

This sad new of the death of Abubakar’s brother, had been confirmed by the Senior Special Adviser to the Governor on new media Auwalu D. Sankara.
According to him, he died in the late hours of Sunday, April 11, 2021 at a private clinic in Kano State.
The deceased, a retired customs officer and a businessman before his demise, had been buried in accordance with Islamic rites.
