Former Vice President Prof. Yemi Osinbajo has celebrated the 35th anniversary of Ubosi Eleh & Co, commending the firm’s founders and staff for building one of Nigeria’s most respected estate surveying and valuation companies.
Sharing reflections after attending the anniversary celebration, Osinbajo described it as a privilege to celebrate with his longtime friends, Chudi Ubosi and Emeka Eleh, their wives, Isioma and Uche, and the team whose dedication has sustained the firm’s legacy over three and a half decades.
“Thirty five stellar years for Ubosi Eleh & Co! Celebrating my dear friends of many years, Chudi Ubosi, Emeka Eleh and their wives, Isioma and Uche, plus the incredible team that built this legacy,” he said.
The anniversary celebration was held under the theme, “Built on Legacy, Leading the Future,” bringing together prominent figures from government, business, the legal profession and academia to celebrate the firm’s achievements and contributions to Nigeria’s real estate industry.
Abia State Governor, Dr Alex Otti, was represented by Deputy Governor, Engr Ikechukwu Emetu, who delivered the keynote address. Other notable guests included former Lagos State Governor Babatunde Fashola, SAN, Ambassador Ade Asekun, Prof. Pat Utomi, Olumide Akpata, SAN, Fubara Anga, SAN, Dr Adekunle Olayinka and Dr Faye Iketubosun with his wife, Kate.

As part of the celebration, the firm unveiled its 2026 Nigeria Real Estate Report, an annual publication that provides insights into trends, opportunities and developments in Nigeria’s property market.
Speaking at the event, Principal Partner Emeka Eleh reaffirmed the firm’s commitment to integrity, professionalism and excellence, saying those values have remained the foundation of its operations since its establishment in 1991.
He added that the company would continue to provide world class real estate advisory services while embracing innovation to meet the evolving needs of clients.
Representing Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo Olu, the Special Adviser on eGIS and Urban Development, Dr Adekunle Olayinka, described the firm’s longevity as a testament to resilience, consistency and professional excellence.
He noted that estate surveyors and valuers play a vital role in supporting investment, urban development and economic growth through credible property valuation and advisory services.
